About us

Hi! We’re Megan and Nathan - soulmates, business partners, truth seekers, and co-creators of The Light House.

We met online and instantly connected over our love of meditation, personal growth, and the great cosmic mystery we’re all spinning through. After months of long-distance love, voice notes, zoom calls, and far too many airport goodbyes, Nathan finally made the move back to his hometown of London.

Megan has been guiding women home to their bodies and truth for over 6 years as a somatic and embodiment coach, leading powerful workshops and retreats. She’s been dreaming of her own space for years… a space where connection, healing and community could come to life.

Nathan is a passionate tattoo artist with a gift for turning people’s stories into art. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he also holds the most judgment-free space that makes you feel completely safe, seen & heard.

And through our love, The Light House was born.

This studio has the most amazing energy. We wanted to create a home for healing, expression, community, and experiences that guide you home to yourself. Whether you’re coming for breathwork, embodiment, sound, a tattoo, or just a cup of tea and a cry (no judgment, we are here for it all) - you are welcome here.

This space is for you. Come as you are, & leave a little more you.

Our Stories

  • Megan has always been a woman of deep feeling.

As a child, she was told she was too sensitive, too emotional, too loud, too much. So, like many women, she learned to make herself smaller. She buried her bigness beneath perfectionism & people pleasing. Behind the scenes, she struggled with bulimia, depression and a body that never felt like home.

By the time she reached university, she was spiralling & lost in a world of drugs, toxic relationships and self-abandonment. The pain she had swallowed for years began to surface as chronic anxiety and panic attacks. Her body was screaming for her attention, and for the first time, she started to listen.

That was the beginning of everything.

Her healing journey has taken her through the depths of grief, shadow work, sacred rage, radical self-acceptance.. and into the power of the feminine. Through embodiment, nervous system repair, emotional alchemy & inner union, she reclaimed the parts of herself she was once taught to shame.

Today, Megan is a trauma-informed, somatic coach, guiding women through the sacred process of coming home to themselves.

Through her meditations, courses, retreats & circles, she holds space for women to meet the parts of themselves they’ve spent a lifetime hiding.. so they can live in their radiance, speak their truth, receive deeply & remember what it means to feel safe in their power.

At The Light House, she co-creates sacred spaces that honour the feminine, make healing feel human again, and guide women back into their bodies, their truth and their joy.

  • Born in North London to an English mother and a Kenyan father he never met, Nathan grew up navigating life without a male role model, often feeling like an outsider. His early years were marked by racial tension, school systems that labelled him, and a deep sense of displacement.

Like many men, he internalised the chaos around him, becoming what the world projected onto him: angry, reactive, and disconnected from his truth.

But beneath the noise, he always knew there was more.

After years of living in survival mode, drifting through the party scene, modelling world, and fractured relationships, one moment cracked him open. He stumbled into a small Buddhist centre in Hackney, where he was introduced to meditation and the possibility of peace. That chance encounter changed everything.

His search led him to his teacher, Mooji, whose presence ignited something in Nathan he’d never known but always longed for: stillness, truth and a sense of home within himself.

What followed was seven years of dedicated service and study in an ashram in Portugal, where Nathan lived, travelled, and served as Mooji’s bodyguard across the world.

Over the years, Nathan’s roots in presence became deep, embodied, and steady.

Since returning to London, Nathan has devoted himself to shadow work, polarity, emotional integrity, and somatic healing - wisdom that was amplified through his relationship with Megan and their shared work at The Light House.

Nathan is a talented tattoo artist and is now opening a grounded space for men to come together.

Men who are ready to be seen in their truth.

Men who want to remember who they really are beneath the conditioning.

Men’s circles aren’t performative or about hierarchy. They are about truth, presence, and deep accountability.

Nathan leads from presence, stillness, and from having lived the full spectrum.
